Pricing is determined by what calorie bracket you fall into:
To determine your calorie bracket:
A. Your current weight in pounds x 11 = your caloric baseline
B. Your caloric baseline + 400 (fix calorie burn) = your caloric needs
C. Your caloric needs - 750 (caloric deficit) = your calorie target
Your final number determines your calorie group:
-1200-1499 calorie group
-1500-1799 calorie group
-1800-2099 calorie group
-2100-2300 calorie group
Pricing listed in ascending calorie order (1200-1499; 1500-1799; 1800-2099; 2100-2300):
7 Day no snacks: ($115, $126, $140, $154)
7 Day with snacks: ($150, $161, $175, $189)
5 Day no snacks (Mon-Fri): ($95, $100, $105, $110)
5 Day with snacks (Mon-Fri): ($108, $115, $125, $135)
