BLT—vine-ripe cherry tomato stuffed with crisp bacon, romaine lettuce and a touch of mayonnaise.  $65

Smoked Salmon on Sweet Potato Scones—this is a match made in heaven—smoked salmon spread atop homemade sweet scones.  $76

Tostada with Mole Shrimp—corn crisp topped with lime guacamole, marinated shrimp, cilantro, feta and watermelon relish  (also available with chicken).  $76

Seared Tuna Carpaccio—sesame-crusted tuna served on wonton crisps with ginger-scallion mayo.  $88

Artichoke Bruschetta—A different twist on the traditional bruschetta.  A delicious garlic artichoke topping layered on top of a homemade cheese spread.  $68
