To calculate your calorie bracket:
(Current body weight x 11) + (400 for baseline calorie burn) - (750 for caloric deficit)
Example: 180lbs x 11= 1980 + 400 - 750 = 1630 (falls into the 1500-1799 calorie bracket)
Order by: Wednesday at noon of the week before you want to pick up your order
Pickup Times: Everyone picks up twice a week to ensure freshness! Saturdays: Noon-7, and Wednesdays:Noon-7
